  • Erick McKinley, "CEO"

    Now as the CEO of Olive Street Holdings Corporation, Erick McKinley holds a wealth of experience in the Business Strategy, Cybersecurity and Information Technology industry and holds McKinsey Academy Management Certifications: Business Strategy; Business Fundamentals and Problem Solving.

    Erick will leverage his experience as the CEO of REREM Data Security, where he is known as a Results-driven Business development, Information Technology and Information Security Consultant and business owner with 25+ years of experience Cybersecurity and Datacenter Security Assessments.

    Previously, Erick was a Cyber Security Program Manager, where I led teams of engineers and analysts to support the DoD Cloud Computing Programs. He provided business strategy, technical expertise, information security, and operations management for multiple enterprise cloud platforms and applications.

  • Darryl Sanders, "COO"

    Darryl Sanders holds a wealth of experience in the construction supplies and logistics industry. As the CEO of 1st Resource Solutions, he has proven himself to be a visionary leader with a remarkable ability to drive sustainable growth and operational proficiency.

    Leveraging his background as a United States Air Force veteran, combined with 30+ years of experience in the industry, Darryl brings a unique perspective and a disciplined approach to his role.

    Darryl’s passion for innovation and his ability to inspire and motivate his team have been instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence within 1st Resource Solutions. He has guided the company towards implementing innovative technologies and optimizing processes, resulting in increased productivity and customer satisfaction.

    Being a steadfast representation of African American Leadership, Darryl believes in creating opportunities for the community, to include people of color, women, and our nation’s veterans in the forward movement of 1st Resource Solutions.

  • Kevin Williams, "CMO"

    Kevin Williams is the CEO and Co-Founder of TekConnX, a Service-Disabled Veteran owned business specializing in innovative SMART cities technology solutions. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board for the National Minority Emerging & Innovative Technologies Consortium (NMEITC).

    Under Kevin's leadership, TekConnX has received numerous awards for its patented sensor-based technologies and Artificial Intelligence solutions, including being named Supplier of the Year in 2021 and 2015. The company is recognized for its expertise in Smart Waste Management, AV Multi-Media Command and Control, Video Wall, Digital Signage, Patented Security, Gunshot Chemical & Threat Detection Solutions.

    In addition to his roles at TekConnX, Kevin is actively involved in various organizations, serving on the Board of Directors for the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council and holding leadership positions in the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and Project Mend a House. He is also affiliated with Blacks In Technology (Richmond Chapter), AFRICAN AMERICAN CEO Roundtable, and the Black Entrepreneurs Hall of Fame.

  • Alton McKinley, "CFO"

    Alton McKinley serves as the Chief Compliance Office for VA North Texas Healthcare System since August 2021. Mr. McKinley is responsible for managing the areas of Compliance, Privacy, Business Efficiency and Operations.

    Mr. McKinley formerly served as the Chief Financial Officer for VA North Texas Heath Care System (VANTHCS) 2012-2016. He managed the facilities $2.1 billion budget from 2012-2021.

    Mr. McKinley also served as the CFO at the Amarillo VA ($ 400 million budget) and the Assistant CFO at VA Central Texas and VANTHCS ($860 million budget). Mr. McKinley served as a Supervisor Financial Analyst for Citigroup form 1998-2000.

    Mr. McKinley holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, and a Master of Arts in Leadership.
